The Penguin successfully brought down Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) by revealing she used a girl named Liza to infiltrate Falcone (John Doman). Oswald exposed Mooney's plan and in turn, he got her right where he wanted. But of course, don't expect the infamous female mob leader to lie down that long. As per Taylor, fans can expect her to retaliate. The only problem for her though is that 'The Penguin' is already steps ahead.
