"Gotham" season 2 release date is set at September 21 of this year. When that date comes, fans will be greeted by a number of villains, or maybe in the next few episodes. Earlier spoilers revealed the sophomore run of the Batman-prequel series from Fox will introduce at least two new villains. This means Detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) will have his hands full in protecting the city. Criminals are born from all directions in Gotham and there are only few incorruptible citizens who are ready to provide a helping hand. Right now, all Jim has are Detective Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) and Harvey Dent (Nicholas D'Agosto).
