Previous "Gotham" season 2 spoiler talked about the arrival of new villains. As confirmed by Robin Lord Taylor who plays Oswald 'Penguin' Cobblepot, Mad Hatter and Mr. Freeze will be part of the Fox TV series' sophomore run. While the villains that will terrorize the city are piling up, citizens should not be afraid as two persons working for the good side are also set to appear more often in the show.
