Nike Release Dates 2014: Kobe 9 Elite Low ‘University Red’, LeBron 11 ‘What The’, Dunk Low SB ‘Beijing’ – Where to Buy, Price, Photos

Nike release dates 2014 indicated that they are set to release several sneakers this weekend, which includes the latest colorways of the popular signature sneakers of NBA superstars Kobe Bryant and LeBron James.

The new colorway of the low-top variant of Bryant's ninth signature shoe - the Kobe 9 Elite Low - will be released in University Red/Black on Saturday, 8:00 AM EDT, in selected stores worldwide.

The Kobe 9 Elite Low "University Red" features a red-based upper part with white Nike Swoosh logo on the side panel. It is finished off with a black midsole and outsole with the midsole and laces having mint green speckles.

According to Nike release dates 2014 information on the company's official website, this edition of the Kobe 9 Elite Low was inspired by the Los Angeles Lakers superstar's love for music, particularly pop and classical music.

"The Kobe 9 Elite Low brings Bryant's muses to life. The artistry of music and its ability to move and inspire people has always intrigued the athlete,"

Nike said in a statement. "From classical to pop, he has appreciation for multiple genres. The Kobe 9 Elite Low 'University Red' is linked to pop music and its ability to transcend the decades, with artists, songs and dance moves that stand the test of time."

This colorway of the Kobe 9 Elite Low, which is said to be most advanced signature sneaker of Bryant in terms of features and technology used during the creation, will be available for $200 per pair.

Also hitting shelves on Saturday is the newest colorway of James' latest signature shoe - the LeBron 11 - that will be released in a beautiful Black Lava/Silver Ice-Galaxy Blue colorway, which will be available for $250 per pair.

The LeBron 11 "What The" features a multi-colored upper part and outsole, which is said to be inspired by elements of previous LeBron James's sneakers, according to a Nike release dates 2014 statement on their website.

"LeBron 11 'What the LeBron' remixes eight product design elements from past LeBron signature shoes, along with 20 different graphics and colors from previous editions," Nike noted.

Aside from the new colorways of the Kobe 9 Elite and LeBron 11, Nike will also release the Dunk Low Premium SB "Beijing" edition, which is the Black/Metallic Gold-University Red colorway of this SB sneaker.

The Nike Dunk Low Premium SB will also come out on Saturday with retail price set at $110 per pair in select Nike SB accounts worldwide on a limited basis.
