Several highly anticipated shoes are set to hit the sneaker market on Saturday as indicated in a Nike release dates 2014 statement.
Nike will release the new colorway of Kevin Durant's latest signature shoe - the KD 7 that will hit shelves in Black/Action Red-Medium Mint, which is dubbed as the "Good Apple" edition.
The KD 7 "Good Apple" features a black-based upper part with action red hints on the heel and Swoosh logo combined with mint-colored lining and midsole.
Previous Nike release dates 2014 news suggested that the new KD 7 will be called as the "Bad Apple" edition. According to Sneakernews, the name would have been a better fit because it is a black-based sneaker, but they believe that this shoe will still be a huge hit starting Saturday.
"With an ominous upper aided by an Action Red and Medium Mint throughout, the Bad Apple name might have made more sense for this pair given the aesthetic," Sneakernews noted. "But we doubt that will get in the way of people snatching these away from store shelves."
The Nike KD 7 "Good Apple" will hit the market on Saturday morning via Nikestore with retail price set at $150 per pair for men's sizes.
Aside from the latest edition of the signature sneaker of the Oklahoma City Thunder superstar, the Nike Roshe Flyknit will also be released in several colorways on Saturday.
