Arrow Season 3 Spoiler Update: Ray Palmer's Costume Is The Best The Show Will Have Says EP Guggenheim

| By

Arrow Season 3 has welcomed, and will welcome, a lot of characters in costumes. There's Captain Boomerang, the Black Canary, Malcolm Merlyn, and Cupid. Superheroes and villains in their full costume are among the things that's making the CW Network series more fun. From print versions, you see your favorite comic book characters in motion. Although Arrow Season 3 has already paraded a number of costumed characters, executive producer Marc Guggenheim thinks nothing will beat Roy Palmer's.

Roy Palmer, who Brandon Routh portrays, was brought in Arrow Season 3 to become a rival of Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen, whether as Starling City's top businessman, as the city's savior, or as nemesis for the attention of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards). Previous Arrow Season 3 spoilers revealed that Roy Palmer will not become the shrinking superhero Atom in the show because supernatural powerrs are better off in The Flash. However, that doesn't mean people won't get to see Routh's character in its signature blue and red overall. In fact, this costume of the Atom is better than anyone you've seen in the show.

"Straight up, every day this is me: I dial Vancouver. 'Is the costume ready yet?' 'No.' 'Is the costume ready yet?' 'No.' 'Is the costume ready yet?' 'No.' As soon as the costume is ready, you will see it," said Guggenheim in an interview with IGN.

"Ray's costume is the best costume we've ever done on the show. I mean, it is the kind of costume that feature films get years to design and produce. It's going to blow everyone away."

So while you are busy on the highly anticipated the Flash Arrow crossover episode, do not forget that another superhero is lurking in Arrow Season 3 and he is ready to impress. There's no definite details yet when will Roy Palmer wear his costume but surely, it will be worth the wait.

Arrow Season 3 also stars David Ramsey as John Diggle, Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance, John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn, and Colton Haynes as Roy Harper.
