Wal-Mart Pre-Black Friday Event Offers Money For Lower Priced Items

Wal-Mart is giving a discount on items found at other local stores for a better price. Wal-Mart is offering customers deals prior to the official Black Friday with a pre-event the company said in a press release Tuesday.
