The Olicity ship is sure to sail to a broader ocean in Arrow Season 3. Earlier Arrow season 3 spoilers and sneak peeks have already shown Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen about to kiss Emily Bett Rickards' Felicity Smoak, the two characters that make up Olicity. Felicity, an IT expert that works for Oliver's stepdad at the Queens Consolidated, is one of the most amazing characters in the CW show. She was initially meant to appear in just a few episodes but her comic and loveable personality saved her. Now, she has been turned into a series regular and is now half of a surging love team, Olicity.
Rickards and Caity Lotz, who plays Sarah Lance, were at the world famous CBR Yacht at Comic-Con International in San Diego and there, they talked about their characters being linked Oliver Queen.
"We're good friends. I'm so lucky to have found a friend in Stephen and all the cast," said Rickards about her chemistry with Amell.
"And Caity, too -- we just do Tarot cards every week, which is really lame. [Laughs] We really do. I feel really lucky. Our whole cast is sort of, we've come into our own little group of love."
As for Lotz, she thinks she's already out of Oliver's life because of the presence of Felicity. If you can recall (this is not an Arrow Season 3 spoiler so go on), Lotz's Sarah Lance has had relationship with Oliver Queen. In the third season, she believes that Felicity is head over heels with Green Arrow and vice versa.
"It's not up to me. It's up to Felicity, and I think she does love Oliver and I think they do have a connection and it's beautiful," Lotz said.
However, she doesn't think that Olicity will last long.
"But that beauty can be ruined so easily and so quickly, which is probably why they haven't gotten together in the first place. And relationships are so complicated -- any relationship is so complicated -- and then they have life and death at stake every single day. Love is love."
