As reported by Hospitality Technology, Raydiant is set to provide a comprehensive, white-glove service for all locations of the star-studded restaurant chain Big Chicken. This service includes managing the creation and upkeep of content for the brand's digital displays.
At Big Chicken's recent annual franchisee meeting, Raydiant's presentations captivated more than ten franchise owners, prompting them to adopt the technology after seeing its immediate benefits.
