Garage, part of the Groupe Dynamite Inc. (GDI) family, marked a significant milestone by opening its 100th store on May 2, 2024, located in Glendale, Arizona. According to the Retail Boss website, the launch underscores its aggressive expansion strategy, particularly its appeal to Generation Z consumers through its cutting-edge fashion offerings.

Having successfully navigated the challenging landscape of North American retail, Garage now operates close to 300 stores across the United States and Canada.

This rapid growth demonstrates the brand's strong connection with its demographic, providing fashion choices that encourage self-expression and uniqueness.

Andrew Lutfy, CEO of Garage, expressed his pride in opening their newest location in Arizona, marking it as a pivotal moment in the company's history. "We are very proud to offer another top-tier shopping experience to our consumers in Arizona," Lutfy stated.

He emphasized that this new store is not just a milestone for Garage but also reflects the increasing support from dedicated fans and customers. "We've created a passionate, unique, and exciting culture for both employees and consumers through growing this brand," he added.

Garage, a division of Groupe Dynamite Inc. and a favorite among Gen Z shoppers plans to expand its presence in the US throughout 2024. The company aims to boost its organic growth through ongoing solid sales in existing stores and continued investments.

Garage Celebrates 100th Store with New Collection

According to PR Newswire, Lutfy highlighted the brand's growth and alignment with consumer values at the opening of its 100th store. "Garage embodies a lifestyle that reflects our customers' self-discovery and bold self-expression values.

The celebration will occur at the new store in Arrowhead Mall, Glendale, on May 4, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. MST. The event will introduce the brand's latest collection and offer attendees treats and giveaways.

GDI, established in 1975 and based in Montreal, is a privately owned conglomerate of omni-channel brands offering accessible, trend-forward fashion. Under the banners of GARAGE and DYNAMITE, GDI has been successful in North America, operating nearly 300 stores in the United States and Canada.

Their mission, "Empowering YOU to be YOU, one outfit at a time," drives their consumer-centric approach.

Meanwhile, in October 2021, Garage introduced its first unisex clothing line, "Garage for All". The collection features everyday basics alongside unique pieces, emphasizing earth tones and heavy fleece materials.'

The campaign was led by Mikey Alfred, a versatile film director known for his work on the movie "North Hollywood." The collection was photographed by renowned photographer Sandy Kim and featured female and male models to demonstrate the versatility of the clothing.

The "Garage for All" line aims to offer interchangeable looks suitable for anyone, emphasizing inclusivity in fashion.
