After numerous comments, emails, and petitions from dedicated Dunkin' fans, the beloved donut chain has responded with exciting news. The Pink Velvet Macchiato, a much-loved beverage, is returning as a featured item on Dunkin's winter menu.
The vibrant Pink Velvet Macchiato, first launched in January 2020 and absent from the menu since then, is known for its red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting flavors, according to a statement from Dunkin'. This seasonal drink, either hot or iced, will be offered until the end of February.
The Pink Velvet Macchiato, which first appeared on Dunkin's Valentine's Day menu in 2020, quickly became a hit with customers. Due to its popularity, Dunkin brought it back in 2021 and is now reintroducing it in 2024.
Kelly Callahan, Dunkin's senior research and development technologist, mentioned in a blog post that their culinary team put in a lot of effort to replicate the experience of enjoying a red velvet cupcake in this unique beverage.
On Reddit, the return of the Pink Velvet Macchiato to Dunkin's menu has sparked joy among fans. One user exclaimed, "I cheered when I saw they're coming back!"

This new drink, available hot and iced, is a nod to the fan-favorite Toasted White Chocolate Swirl, renowned as one of Dunkin's most popular seasonal flavors yearly.
Moreover, they added Frosty Red Velvet Donut, a new specialty item that complements the Pink Velvet Macchiato's anticipated reappearance. This red velvet cake donut is topped with vanilla icing and cream cheese sprinkles for a perfect balance of sweetness and texture.
Pancake Wake-Up Wraps return for a savoury start. This unique breakfast option features a fluffy pancake, bacon or sausage, egg, melted cheese, and maple syrup. A delicious twist on the morning wrap, it pleases sweet and savory taste senses.
Dunkin' reintroduces Sweet Black Pepper Bacon, adding excitement. This popular snack is bacon wrapped in brown sugar and black pepper. Chocolate lovers will appreciate the Brownie Batter Donut, packed with delicious brownie batter and topped with chocolate icing and sprinkles. Its companion is Cupid's Choice, a pink-iced doughnut filled with cream that symbolizes the season's sweetness.
