'Star Wars: The Clone Wars' The Animated Series - Unaired Episodes Now Available Online

When Walt Disney Company bought Lucasfilm Ltd. "The Star Wars: The Clone Wars - The Animated Series" was cancelled afterwards. The remaining episodes of its last season were later released via Netflix.

Unfortunately, The last season of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" left too many open plots that have yet to be answered. Devoted fans are hoping the return of this cancelled Star Wars franchise. As of the moment, Star Wars' new owner - Disney has yet to issue any statement regarding the fate of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars."

There's a bit of good news though from the creators of this animated show. Fans can go at Starwars.com to watch via streaming, the unaired episodes of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars." The last four episodes that have yet to be aired is the complete story of the "Crystal Crisis in Utapau". The Verge reported that the episodes' animations are incomplete but the voice acting is all there.

"The Star Wars: Clone Wars" is the turning point in the history of this sci-fi franchise. This animated series will be the last to be shown under its creator George Lucas. From now on, all succeeding Star Wars related films and television series will now be under Disney.

Star Wars fans do not need to despair though, Disney Channel is set to release a new Star Wars television series this week. The "Star Wars Rebels" storyline will occur between the events of Star Wars Episode Three and Episode Four. This upcoming series will focus on other characters from the Star Wars Universe such as the "Cowboy Jedi" Kanan and Hera Syndulla. In this series, the Galactic Empire continues to expand but the same time resistance is also growing. Those who rose up against the Empire will one day unite and form the Rebel Alliance.

"The Star Wars: The Clone Wars" animated series has ended but its plots and storylines will now be considered as part of the Star Wars saga.
