The Colorado-based Egg & I Restaurant brings back their seasonal Pumpkin Spice Coffee on Monday, National Coffee Day.
"We are pleased to reintroduce Pumpkin Spice to our Seasonal Blend Coffee menu and our guests can enjoy as much as they want," said Jan Barnett, Egg & I's vice president of marketing.
The brand first introduced the concoction on 2012. This year, they bring back the Pumpkin Spice coffee for the lineup of their Seasonal Blend Coffee. Barnett said they keep reinventing flavors through extensive product testing to keep the seasonal lineup of coffee interesting.
Pumpkin Spice is a popular choice of flavor for food retailers during fall, with Starbucks popularizing Pumpkin Spice Latte for the season.
Barnett said, "We are one of a very few chains today offering two flavor-infused coffee bean options including our signature Hazelnut, available every day."
Pumpkin Spice Coffee will be available from September 29 until October 2014, or till supplies last. Egg & I will also offer Pumpkin Pecan Waffle this fall to complement the Pumpkin Spice coffee. Other food chains and restaurants around the country are offering promos and discounts on National Coffee Day, too.
On Monday, Egg & I Restaurants launches its store in Hendersonville, North Carolina at 271 Indian Lake Blvd., Suite 140. On Sunday, the restaurant hosted an opening training day where 100% of the proceeds will go to Sumner County's Sign Club Co., a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching sign language to the community. It's the 106th location of the restaurant, further expanding the dining choices in Hendersonville and bringing 46 new jobs in the area.
The breakfast-and-lunch restaurant chain started in 1987 has over 100 locations in 19 states around the country. Majority of Egg & I Restaurants stores are open on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. only. While on weekends, they're open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
