Landscape Management Company 'The Grounds Guys' owners Dan and Janna Reid bagged the Top Gun, Franchisee of the Year and Recruiter of the Year during the Dwyer Group International Conference on Sept. 7-10 in Orlando, Florida.
Aside from that, Xai Gonzales, team member of the company received Woman of the Year Award.
The Top Gun Award is given to franchisees who are able to produce high volume of sales and achieve operation benchmarks.
The Top Gun Award also presents the Top 10 percent of The Grounds Guys franchisees across North America.
"The idea of 'Top Gun' was established by the Navy in the 1960s as a way to give training and credit to elite figher pilots," stated The Grounds Guys President Chris Elmore.
"It takes dedication, hardwork, expertise and commitment to reach the Top Gun goal and we are honored to have these winners on our team," he added.
The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor given to a franchisee.
The recipient of the Franchisee of the Year Award must have consistently showcased growth achieved through training and fit management of the organization, steady high revenues and quality customer service.
"The Grounds Guys team is thrilled Dan and Janna won the Franchisee of the Year award," said Elmore. "They have high standards and achieve a level of excellence that sets the standard for The Grounds Guys franchises."
The Recruiter of the Year Award is given to the franchisee who has showed exceptional recruiting skills by attracting quality people to their franchise, training the recruits effectively and has molded an environment of growth for the prospective franchisees.
"We are honored to receive these awards," as quoted by Dan Reid.
"We are committed to working hard every day to provide timely, courteous and professional lawn care and landscape solutions to commercial and residential clients that meet and exceed our customers' expectations," Reid added.
With regards to Gonzales winning the Woman of the Year Award, Reid stated that Gonzales deemed fit for the award because she is a true leader and cares for the business.
The Grounds Guys is a subsidiary and the latest concept of The Dwyer Group, offering services in commercial and residential landscape management. The company has been in Entrepeneur Magazine's "Franchise 500."
