Uncle Maddio's Pizza, frontrunner in the "create-your-own" fast-casual pizza concept, is oiling its wheels to put up three Uncle Maddio's Pizza branches in its hometown Georgia.
Franchisee Tyler Mobley plans to open two restaurants in Macon, two in Valdosta and one in Warner Robbins, GA.
The expansion in Georgia will commence in Macon next year, summer 2015.
The increasing demand for the pizza joint across the U.S. pushed Mobley to open stores in Georgia.
Georgia locals can now savor made-from-scratch pizzas with quality ingredients, fast service and affordable price.
"We are on a mission to bring the Uncle Maddio's pizza concept to guests everywhere as we continue to expand in existing markets and in new states," said Matt Andrew, CEO of Uncle Maddio's.
"We have commitments for more than 200 additional franchisees in the next year and have big growth plans throughout the country," he added.
Mobley, 26, is a Georgia-bred businessman. He studied at University of Georgia and lives in Moultrie, GA.
His family owns a farming business in the state where Mobley learned managing businesses from his father who is also a franchisee of Ice House of America.
He moved to Atlanta to work in sales for a medical device company.
"I was first introduced to Uncle Maddio's after I moved to Atlanta and frequented the restaurant with my friends," said Tyler Mobley, Uncle Maddio's franchisee.
"From day one I've been impressed by the quality and taste of the food. I consider myself one of Uncle Maddio's biggest fans and most loyal customers and with my business background it was the perfect combination to become a franchisee," Mobley added.
Uncle Maddio's edge among other pizza joints is the company's attractive franchising fees, trained leadership advice, marketing support and a family-friendly atmosphere.
The Restaurant chain is the leading premium fast-casual pizza brand in the U.S., currently operating 25 branches in 9 states.
