The New York branch of Mr. Appliance, an appliance repair store earned the highest honor bestowed upon a franchisee, the "Franchisee of the Year" Award.
Stuart Kauder, the owner of the Mr. Appliance New York branch received the award at The Dwyer Group International Conference last Sept. 7-10 in Orlando, Fl.
The recipient of the Franchisee of the Year Award must have consistently showcased growth achieved through training and fit management of the organization, steady high revenues and quality customer service.
"This award shows just how committed and dedicated our team is at providing excellent service to our customers," Kauder attested.
"The Mr. Appliance system helps us build long-term relationships with our customers. We will continue to maintain professional, customer driven care and services," he added.
Company president Doug Rogers is elated in presenting the award to Kauder and attests to his abilities as an exemplary franchisee.
Aside from the highly coveted Franchisee of the Year Award, Kauder also bagged several awards including the Top Gun Award, Sales Leader of the Year and the $1 Million Benchmark.
The Top Gun Award is given to franchisees who are able to produce high volume of sales and achieve operation benchmarks.
The Top Gun Award also presents the Top 10 percent of Mr. Appliance franchisees across North America.
"The idea of 'Top Gun' was established by the Navy in the 1960s as a way to give training and credit to elite figher pilots," stated Mr. Appliance President Doug Rogers.
"It takes dedication, hardwork, expertise and commitment to reach the Top Gun goal and we are honored to have these winners on our team," he added.
Meanwhile, The Sales Leader of the Year Award is presented to the franchisee that has the highest sales volume during the year.
The $1 Million Benchmark Award is presented to the franchisee as they report higher annual retail sales levels.
