Jordan Brand will make waves again this weekend as Air Jordan release dates 2014 reports revealed that three excellent sneakers will hit the market.
First up is the Air Jordan 14 Retro "Black Toe" that will make its return on Saturday, September 20, in select Jordan Brand accounts worldwide.
This edition, which was first released as a retro sneaker in 2006, is listed as the White/Black-Varsity Red-Metallic Silver colorway of the shoe. It features a white-based upper part with black and varsity red hints throughout the sneaker and finished off with a black outsole.
"Aficionados of the original Air Jordan 14 can rejoice with the return of the classic White/Black-Varsity Red colorway. Originally released in 1998, the Air Jordan 14 takes inspiration from a love of sports cars and is personified through its sleek lines and premium materials," the shoe as described by Nike in an Air Jordan release dates 2014 statement.
The Air Jordan 14 Retro "Black Toe" will be available for $170 per pair. It will also be released in gradeschool sizes for $120, preschool sizes for $75 and toddler sizes for $55 per pair.
Jordan Brand will also release the Air Jordan 1 Retro High in Midnight Navy/Metallic Gold-Sail colorway on Saturday in select Nike retailers worldwide and at Footaction in New York.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High "Derek Jeter" features a blue-based leather upper part with gold logos along with white Nike Swoosh and white outsole.
This retro sneaker, which is included in the "Jeter" pack, will be sold for $140 per pair.
Also included in the pack that was made to pay tribute to the New York Yankees superstar shortstop, is the Jordan Flight Flex Trainer, which will also come out in Midnight Navy/Metallic Gold-Sail colorway with retail price set at $120 per pair.
"Jordan Brand pays RE2PECT to an icon with a special release of the Air Jordan 1 and Flight Flex Trainer inspired by the classic New York uniforms. Midnight Navy and Sail dominate each shoe, with subtle highlights including pinstripes and gold logos inspired by greatness," Nike noted in an Air Jordan release dates 2014 statement.
