The fitness company welcomes the community to the Grand Opening of their new boot camp in Gateway Business Center.
The fitness boot camp is a component of the International Fit Body Boot Camp franchise, famous for their energetic thirty minute workout routines.
"Our workouts are hard work, but we make them fun as well," stated co-owner and lead trainer Monika Robinson.
According to Robinson, the trainings are designed for people who are too busy with their schedules because the sessions are intended to burn fat in just thirty-minute sessions.
Gainesville Fit Body Boot Camp offers flexible session schedules for people who do not have all the time in their hands. The camp offers 45 different sessions throughout the week which includes sessions during the early morning and late evening.
Parents need not to worry about a babysitter as the boot camp also offers work out sessions for both parents and their children alike, as the location currently house a play area supervised by the camp's staff.
The child care area was an important part of the camp, for parents to serve as examples for healthy living for their children.
"It's really important for us to help create healthier lifestyles here in an area where fast food restaurants are on every corner. We're committed to educating the community about health and wellness, and we want to help revitalize the neighbourhood from the inside out. We are not just a training facility, we are a family, "states Robinson as she share insights regarding the role of the novel boot camp in the community.
The Grand Opening will be at 7669 Limestone Drive, Suite 105 in the Gateway Business Center.
The event will last from 12 noon to 4 in the afternoon, and will offer free boot camp workouts, as well as serve complimentary food and beverages, raffles from which prizes include a premium Washington Redskins tickets and a 40-inch flat screen TV.
