DQ Grill & Chill Goes Athens

New branch of Dairy Queen to serve the famous soft-serve delights, tasty food and the much-loved Orange Julius

The Dairy Queen brand announces the entry of DQ Grill & Chill branch in Athens. This is the latest Dairy Queen branch of the 6,300 units world wide. The newly-opened store maintains the brand's commitment to offering its customers a relaxing and unique dining experience.

The area is spacious enough with the size of 2,571 sq. ft. and a capacity of 47 persons. It has a drive-thru service where consumers can opt to a much faster ordering option. The expansion has opened 50 more job vacancies to local residents. Apart from that, it will help increase the state's figures on restaurant-generated sales.

"We are looking forward to the second opening of the branch in Athens and give more local residents the chance to experience our unique dining ambiance," as quoted by the restaurant official, Natalie Jones.

The brand also offers breakfast menu which consumers will definitely love to come, dine and try the mouthwatering menu. The prices are very reasonable since all the food are packed with high quality ingredients. They have biscuits & gravy, pancakes and sandwiches. The food choices features the brand's value pack, Buck Lunch for $5, which is served everyday from 11am-4pm. Customers also can choose from Quarter-pound GrillBurger, Cheeseburger, Chili Cheese Dog and Chicken Strip Lunch-all these come with tasty fries, drinks and sundae. Another thing to enjoy is the $1 upgrade which will convert the sundae to a Blizzard Treat in small size.

The DQ Grill & Chill branch in Athens will also have the famous Blizzard Treats, cakes and various soft-serve options. The Orange Julius drinks will also be in the list. All fruit smoothies, Julius Original and light smoothies will come in eight flavors to choose from. Customers can choose from Pina Colada, Strawberry, Tripleberry, Strawberry Banana, Berry Pomegranate and Mango Pineapple. The smoothies are freshly blended with the real fruit and low-fat yogurt. Health conscious customers will not have problems on their calorie consumption.
