Church's Chicken Helps Calhoun City Schools in GA through Fund Raising

| By

The famous chicken food chain, Church's Chicken, asked families, parents and students to check out Calhoun, Gerogia area this coming fall. This will help raise funds for Calhoun City Schools. For five weeks in September until the first week of October, the food chain will hold Spirit Weeks and give 10 percent of the total sales of the branch to the schools in the area. In each of the week, the donation will be parted based on the school's level, primary, elementary, pre-K and high school. This will cover the entire school.

"We are aware that a lot of our guests are teaches, parents, students and school faculties and are very willing to donate for the benefit of Calhoun City Schools. We strongly believe that the community will drop by Church's Chicken branch and enjoy our unique chicken experience and at the same time helping another institution," commented by the executive vice president and global chief marketing officer of the food chain, Mark Snyder.

The educational institution has helped the Calhoun, Gordon County community for more than a century and welcomes a rapid growing and diverse group of over 4,000 students. "Calhoun City Schools is excited to work with Church's Chicken as we are helping the community as one. We are hoping that the students and the Yellow Jacket Nation will go and dine at Church's Chicken on their spirit week and will show their support to this campaign," as the director of communications for Calhoun City Schools, Peter Coombe, explained.

This partnership with the school and the restaurant will definitely give a huge impact to the presence of Church's Chicken. Apart from being loved by their tasty and irresistible offers, the community will love them more for coming up with a program for a good cause. This will not encourage them to dine but inspire everyone to support that platform because they too want to be of help to the school.
