Miami-based chicken diner opens its pilot store in San Antonio area just beside the new Taco Cabana branch
Pollo Tropical, Florida's most loved chicken diner will bring its one-of-a-kind cuisine in San Antonia. The brand is pursuing its expansion plan and this will be the mark of its beginning.
Taco Cabana and Pollo Tropical, both managed by Fiesta Restaurant Group Inc., will hold a grand launch this mid September. City and company officials will all be in attendance in that event.
The San Antonio-based Taco diner and Miami-based fruit food chain will be in partners and work together in food industry. The opening day will have gimmicks and promos for guests to enjoy. Exclusive prizes from the two brands are also expected on that day.

Pollo Tropical offers various culinary cultures which features unique tangy taste of the Caribbean. Herbs and marinades are the main ingredients to their food. Everything is served fresh and with world class taste done by their top of the class chef.
More famous to the San Antonio residents is the latest Taco Cabana store, which will reveal the brand's latest restaurant experience to the local community. There will be an open kitchen that will show Taco Cabana's famous flame grill and tortilla corner, plus the current look and environment.
