There were reports that Miranda Lambert is devastated over her divorce from Blake Shelton.
To make things worse, her ex-husband jumped into a new relationship with Gwen Stefani.
During an interview with Cosmopolitan, the 32-year-old country singer revealed what she did to forget about her failed marriage.
"Some of that might mean nights on my porch crying, drinking whiskey and going, 'Man, this sucks right now,'" she confessed.
However, it seems that she's over that stage now with the help of her new inspiration. According to Hollywood Life, Miranda Lambert and Sam Hunt will most likely hook up when they head out on tour in 2016 because of their closeness.
"They have developed a solid friendship and love flirting with each other," an insider revealed. "He's definitely helping her move on from Blake and that whole heartbreak." Miranda has been showing great interest on Sam - from congratulating him on his Grammy nominations to making a big to do about his birthday.
"It's pretty obvious that the feelings are mutual and they both have crushes on each other," their source revealed.
According to sources, it's been difficult for Lambert to see the romance of Blake and Gwen in "The Voice" every week. Once the tour begins, it will be easier for her to focus on her career and her new man.
The website also reported that the two have been texting each other non-stop. Maybe they couldn't wait to be together since their tour will start on March 2016 so that's still a few months away.
The romance rumors between Miranda Lambert and Sam Hunt started in October, which is almost the same time that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were reported to be dating.
The former college football player and 2016 "Nashville Star" finalist has been spending a lot of time together.
"Miranda and Sam can't help but flirt," an insider told OK! Magazine. "Spending time with Sam has been a huge lift for Miranda. They are getting very close, he makes her feel sexy and that is exactly what Miranda needs right now."
