Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid got engaged back in June and they've even shared the good news to their Twitter followers.
According to their close pal Ed Sheeran, the two have already been living together but he also hinted some danger in their relationship.
"Things are moving fast," the British singer told Mirror. "He moved in and, judging by the last time I saw them, they couldn't be happier."
Unfortunately, their happiness is short-lived as the "Snow Patrol" guitarist reportedly packed up his things and moved back to Ireland.
According to Radar Online, Courteney Cox was shocked when Johnny McDaid suddenly called off their engagement.
"She is just blown out of the water by this," an insider revealed. To make matters worse, he split up with her a month before their pre-wedding celebration.
"Johnny was really the love of her life. She doesn't know where this came from," their source said. According to the website, the cause of their breakup was the rockstar's career. "Johnny had a hard time dealing with her celebrity lifestyle," an insider explained. "He had enough of the scene and just wants to focus on his music."
During Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's secret wedding back in August, the 51-year-old actress was spotted dancing and drinking with her BFF until three in the morning. The 39-year-old musician may have gotten tired of her girlfriend's need to party with her friends all the time.
"Johnny had jealousy issues and told Courteney there was something about the relationship that didn't feel right," an insider said. The brunette beauty can also be too controlling sometimes which may have been a factor to their breakup.
After getting dumped by Johnny McDaid, Courteney Cox is reportedly devastated about what happened.
"She's really depressed and has lost a lot of weight," their source revealed. "She's really down in the dumps over this."
