Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux surprised everyone when they secretly got married last month.
Some fans were not thrilled about it because they wanted to be part of the couple's wedding - seeing the actress' wedding dress and hearing their vows.
The former "Friends" star was asked about her dress and other wedding details, but she refused to reveal anything. "I'm not telling you about any of that stuff!" Aniston told ET. "We had the beautiful luxury of having a beautiful private moment and I'm going to be selfish and keep it that way!" she added.
Many fans were wondering why Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux decided to rush and keep their wedding a secret. During a recent interview with the 44-year-old actor, he revealed the reason why he decided to push through with their wedding.
Before the big day, "The Leftovers" star told News.com.au that he asked for his mother's advice. "My mom pointed out to me that there are only two times in life when people say really nice things about you to you. And one of them you're dead for," Theroux said as reported by ET Online. "So she said, 'Enjoy it.' And I did enormously."
Justin admitted that he loves calling Jen as his wife. "It feels very touching. I can't remember the first time I said those words but it feels fantastic. It's a comfortable term. I was getting tired of saying fiancee," the actor confessed. "That sounds adorable for about six months and then you go, 'OK, we got to make some time for this.'"
After Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux got married, the two decided to spend their honeymoon with their friends including Jason Bateman and Courteney Cox. Some people find it weird since this special moment is meant for the newlyweds only, but the actor explained why they chose to spend it with their pals.
"It was a fantastic honeymoon. We had thought about it; we could just do a normal honeymoon, or we could go with some friends, keep the party going, relax, and have fun," he told Extra TV. "It was really special, it was really beautiful."
Regarding the name change, Justin Theroux doesn't pressure the 46-year-old actress about it. "I made her change both names, so she's now Justin Theroux," he jokingly said before explaining. "I don't think it would be great if she did. I think 'Aniston' is going to stick with her if she likes it or not."
