New Year's Eve revelers looking to party can take advantage of Applebees $375 offer in its New York City location MarketWatch reported Tuesday.
The price gets you a party that begins at 8 p.m., an elaborate buffet, an open bar, a house DJ, dance floor, and tons of party favors MarketWatch reported. Party-goers can expect "A ton of food" (steak and shrimp included) prepared by "some fairly sophisticated culinary people," Zane Tankel who oversees the 38 Applebees restaurants in the New York City area told MarketWatch. "You wouldn't know you were at an Applebees for that one night," Tankel told MarketWatch.
Interested individuals can also go out into the city streets to witness the infamous ball drop depending if the New York Police Department allows it according to information on Applebees website.
"Security is much more tightly controlled and there are so many people," Tim Tompkins, president of the Times Square Alliance said of the event, which has attracted up to 1 million attendees in recent years Market Watch reported. One million people have been known to flock to the event.
Applebee's will have televisions with big screens for those who can't get into the center of the action.
Other Applebees locations throughout New York will also be open and offer the company's regular menu according to MarketWatch. Attendees will also get a free toast of champagne as the clock hits midnight.
"Certainly being in Times Square, it's a fantastic location to ring in the New Year," Dan Smith, a spokesperson at Applebees told Today.com.
Applebees 42nd Street location in New York City is considered the company's biggest across the globe CNBC reported.
