A few months after their divorce was finalized, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert appeared to have moved on from each other.
The former husband and wife were romantically linked to other people - Shelton to Gwen Stefani and Lambert to Sam Hunt.
There were reports that the 39-year-old actor was just putting up a front when he's around the lead singer of No Doubt so he can get his ex-wife's attention.
"Blake can't help himself, he's a natural flirt and Gwen is adorable," an insider told Hollywood Life. "Part of him hopes that seeing him looking so fit and working so close with a knock out like Gwen makes Miranda jealous."
Unfortunately, his plan didn't work as the 31-year-old songstress gave out her blessing to the rumored couple.
"She feels that Gwen is an amazing person, and if Blake is going to move on then she's glad that he would move on with an amazing mother and an amazing woman over some floozy!"
Gwen Stefani, on the other hand, is very happy that Gavin Rossdale is handling their split up well.
"She looks at this easy divorce with little drama being the best possible scenario to finally move on with her life," a source revealed to Hollywood Life.
Since nothing's coming in between Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani anymore, then the rumored couple can finally pursue their relationship. The two have been spending time together because of "The Voice," which means that they can easily confide their problems and heartaches from each other.
However, the "Sangria" hitmaker has banned the divorce topic from the "Baby Don't Lie" singer.
"Blake doesn't really bring his divorce talk to her; he tries to make the day on set fun by telling jokes and being a goofball," an insider told Hollywood Life. "It's more important for him that everyone is in a good mood. No drama!"
According to the website, Blake Shelton loves talking to Gwen Stefani about music and other topics except his split up. Maybe he is still hurting from his divorce from Miranda Lambert.
"Blake doesn't like talking about divorce because it gets him to think about his divorce, and he wants to move forward instead of backwards."
