Coffee and donut lovers can now find new flavors and kinds at Dunkin Donuts the company said a in #mce_temp_url# Monday.
"We're incredibly excited to be rolling out an item that translates bakery concepts into a beverage," Stan Frankenthaler, executive chef at Dunkin Donuts told the Daily Meal. "This time of year we want comfort and cheer, and this appeals to the nostalgic hook inside us all."
The new products include holiday coffee and lattes such as the red velvet latte. This tastes like red velvet cakes and cream cheese frosting similar to that of the infamous cake product the press release reported. There is also the peppermint mocha, and white chocolate in hot or iced form.
Customers can also try the company's salted caramel hot chocolate, which has a salty and combined sweet taste. Other hot chocolate beverages include the mint hot chocolate, white hot chocolate, the Dunkacino, and the classic hot chocolate.
The company is also offering its peppermint mocha and hot cocoa k-cup packs and packaged coffee. Customers can use the k-cup at home with the Keurig K-Cup Brewing System. Packaged coffee is also available in an 8 ounce size.
Donut lovers can also enjoy Dunkin Donuts new red velvet drizzle donut with an icing glaze, and decorated with cream cheese, There is also a holiday star donut, which looks like a star, and has bavarian crème on the inside, green icing, and white star sprinkles on top.
The products are available at select Dunkin Donuts locations until the end of the year the press release reported.
Customers can also obtain Dunkin Donuts cards designed for the holidays at select company locations, grocery stores, pharmacies, other retailers, and online on the Dunkin Donuts website. They are available anywhere from $2 to $100, and do not have expiration dates or other charges associated with them.
