How can you qualify for a free meal at Dunkin Donuts? Go in with a camera, a business degree and say you received bad customer service after the employee failed to give you a receipt and of course, post it all on Facebook and YouTube.
That's exactly what one unidentified woman did. There appears to be some sort of bylaw at Dunkin Donuts that says when you don't get a receipt, your order is free. The woman in this video didn't get a receipt, leading her to try to capitalize on the opportunity. She posted it to YouTube under the name Sally Salvenie, but it's unclear if that is her real name.
She goes on to say things like "I can't wait to post this on Facebook" and "This is going to get a million hits on YouTube." So far, it has been viewed 58,000 times with 1,252 dislikes. Viewers have been commenting on how nasty the whole video is. "That chick was spoiled my her parents that's why she acts like a stuck up rich valley girl," said one.
The Dunkin Donut's employee who she demands free from is nothing but patient and gracious, saying she can get whatever she wants. Let's hope that this video doesn't inspire more people out there to go and treat other Dunkin' Donuts employees in this manner.
