Megan Fox has reportedly filed for a divorce from husband Brian Austin Green after reports came out that the two got separated.
"They decided on it six months ago," an insider told Us Weekly. They claim that the decision was mutual and they still live in the same house for the sake of their two children Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 18 months.
However, there were reports coming out that it was the 29-year-old actress that wanted to end their relationship. Just recently, Fox was spotted in public for the first time after the divorce news and she's not wearing her wedding ring anymore.
While the star of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" seems to have moved on from her estranged husband, Green was the opposite. According to Us Weekly, the 42-year-old actor was still seen wearing his wedding ring when he stepped out in Los Angeles last Friday.
Since Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green didn't have any prenuptial agreement, there's a chance that the brunette beauty will be giving spousal support because of the disparity in income. According to TMZ, the "Wedding Band" actor has worked little ever since his head-on collision last December.
"Brian and Megan were driving when they were hit by a drunk driver who was arrested. Brian says the guy was going around 50 MPH and it was severe enough for the airbags to deploy," an insider said.
According to the source, both were not injured but the accident triggered vertigo on the actor. It was so bad that he can't even get out of bed.
There were also rumors coming out that Megan Fox divorced Brian Austin Green because of Shia LaBeouf.
"Megan started speaking to Shia about a year ago when the two of them were going through troubled times," an insider told Dish Nation.
