Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may now be living separate lives, but controversies still follow the former lovers.
The 25-year-old actress is rumored to be dating her former assistant Alicia Cargile while the 29-year-old actor is already engaged to FKA Twigs.
In separate interviews, the "Twilight" co-stars made a few confessions that would help make their fans know more about them. Kristen explained to Nylon via E! News why she doesn't have to admit to everyone that she's a lesbian.
"If you feel like you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it," she said.
Adding, "But I am an actress, man. I live in the f--king ambiguity of this life and I love it. I don't feel like it would be true for me to be like, 'I'm coming out!' No, I do a job. Until I decide that I'm starting a foundation or that I have some perspective or opinion that other people should be receiving... I don't."
Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson gained instant fame because of the "Twilight" series, but the actress felt like people's perception of who they really are have been distorted because of that movie.
"I have this assigned personality, which I helped create, I suppose," she said. "People stand to make a lot of money on people like me -- it's this booming industry, so why would you go and change the character that people are paying for?"
The British heartthrob also confessed that he had a hard time dealing with fame and the media attention.
"I've always had the feeling I need to prove myself: as an actor, a star, a person," Pattinson told Sunday World via Design & Trend. "That might be how I've managed to keep my feet on the ground. Although I've often wished I had a bigger ego -- maybe it would have helped me cope with all the things around me."
Now that Rob is about to get married to Tahliah Barnett, or more known as FKA twigs, the actor confessed that he wanted kids someday.
"I'm sure I'll have a child that's totally cool and confident. He or she will probably look at me every day and think to themselves: 'Why is this guy such a weird, crotchety man?'"
Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may have already moved on from their "Twilight" years, but there are still some people who see them as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen more than who they really are.
