The former home of Anna Nicole Smith has finally in California has been sold for $1.75 million, nearly six years after the onetime Playboy Playmate's death, according to Zillow.
Smith purchased the Studio City, California home under her given name, Vickie Lynn Marshall, in April 2005 for $1.335 million, according to NBC News.
Upon her death in 2007, Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, and the child's father, Larry Birkhead, moved into the home. Birkhead successfully won a paternity suit and gained custody of Dannielynn in April 2007. Smith's daughter, although a minor, is a beneficiary of her mother's estate.
NBCLosAngeles.com reports that the buyer is "Rouzbeh Zoka, trustee of the Rouzbeh Zoka 2012 revocable trust. The trust has deposited $39,000 as part of the purchase price." The proceeds of the home, however, go to Danielynn, since she's the beneficiary of Smith's estate.
Nicole Smith's 4,700 square-foot Mediterranean-style two-story home features wrap-around balconies with a generous pool deck that overlooks the city lights of Los Angeles.
In addition to the amazing views, the property also has five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, wood and marble floors throughout, a living room with dual fireplaces and an open area on the bottom level for a gym.
