CD Projekt Red started to roll out "The Witcher 3" patch 1.08 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One as Community Lead, Narcin Momot, confirmed the patch's release earlier today on Twitter, WCCF reported.

According to PSLifeStyle, the patch will bring an "overall improvement" on the game and will address some issues on the previous patch.
Meanwhile Japanese PS4 console owners, will also receive a fix on its UI which "background text of certain books would flicker," while all platforms will have a fix on Kaer Morhen map not displaying properly.
As for "The Witcher 3" gameplay, here's the complete list of fixes from the patch from PSLifestyleNet.
-Fixes a rare issue where items would disappear from the stash.
-Fixes a very rare issue which would cause Geralt to get stuck when trying to run.
-The interaction pop-up will no longer appear on lootable objects that are empty.
-Fixes an occasional glitch in one of the dwarf combat animations.
-Heads chopped off during finishers will no longer disappear.
-Players can perform a roll just before landing to significantly reduce the damage caused by falling.
-We've added a tutorial pop-up window explaining this to make it clearer.
-In patch 1.07, the level requirements for certain items were scaled up, leaving some players stuck with only unusable gear.
-Fixes an issue where players were unable to compare their items with ones sold by merchants.
In addition, the patch also has preparatory features for the introduction of New Game+, but Community Lead Marcin Momo noted that "NG+ is not included in 1.08. This mode will be coming a little later
Gamespot added that New Game + will be the 16th free DLC of the "The Witcher 3" on Xbox One, PC, and PS4, and will include "costumes and hairstyles for Geralt and Yennefer, along with new finishing moves and horse armor.".
Game developer, CD Projekt Red, hasn't revealed the New Game + release date yet, while "The Witcher 3" next expansion "Hearts of Stone" will be launched in October which brings back an old character from "The Witcher 1."
Players must also note that "The Witcher 3' patch 1.08 was reported to take up 2GB - 3GB on Xbox One, PC, and PS4, depending on which platform used.
