Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch were spotted dining at Osteria Mozza in West Hollywood last month which started out rumors that the "True Detective" co-stars were dating.
Just recently, sources revealed that they are indeed a couple now. "It hasn't been long. But it's serious," an insider told Us Magazine.
"I don't know if it's full-blown love yet, but they talk constantly," another source confirmed. "They're really into each other. She talks about him all the time!" According to the website, the two have known each other for years, but they grew closer on the set of the popular HBO drama series. They just wrapped up filming the second season which means that they will have more time to focus on individual careers.
The 34-year-old Canadian heartthrob is currently working on "Almost Heroes 3D" while the 36-year-old actress will be working on the thriller "Spotlight" alongside Mark Ruffalo and Stanley Tucci. A few years ago, Rachel McAdams admitted that work isn't the right place to find love. Maybe she has learned her lesson from dating her co-star in "The Notebook", Ryan Gosling.
"A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive; it's too distracting," she told Glamour. "Every relationship I've had with a coworker has come after the fact, because you wind up actually spending a lot of time with those people promoting the movie."
It looks like Rachel isn't following her own advice as she jumps into another relationship with a co-star. Apart from Taylor Kitsch, the blonde beauty was also linked to Colin Farrell, who also stars in "True Detective." The 39-year-old Irish actor was allegedly caught in a love triangle with his co-stars.
"They were fighting over her all the time," a source revealed to Life & Style. "One would invite her out to dinner and the other would get jealous, and vice versa. It was like they were in high school!" Now that it has been confirmed that Rachel McAdams is dating Taylor Kitsch, does that mean Colin Farrell is heartbroken again?
The "Winter's Tale" star admitted that he has been single for quite some time now, but that does not mean he is unhappy. "I have not dated for, ooh, four years now. It's just not happening, what with the work, the kids and my life," he told The Sunday Times. "I have two boys that I'm so happy with and I adore," he also told E! News.
