There are rumors that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are secretly dating, but the actor keeps on insisting that they are just good friends.
Just recently, UsWeekly caught Tom Cruise's ex-wife telling her rumored boyfriend how she feels for him. According to Mail Online, the 36-year-old single mom called up the 47-year-old actor when she arrived in Los Angeles after attending the Met Gala in New York.
"She called him the minute she got off her plane and said she loved him," an eyewitness said as reported by Mail Online. There were reports that Katie moved to L.A. early this year so she could get closer to the Oscar winner.
According to the website, the star of "Dawson's Creek" has nothing but good things to say about the actor. OK! Magazine confirms the report and revealed that the relationship of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx may be deeper that what most people think. "She always gushes about how amazing he is and the joy he brings into the world."
Last March, a photo of the two leaked online which started out rumors again that they were dating. The star of "Annie" and the mother of Suri Cruise were romantically linked in 2013 when they were spotted flirting at a party in the Hamptons. They have met each other back in 2004 when Jamie starred alongside Tom in "Collateral."
The leaked photo showed Katie playing footsy and holding the hand of the Jamie. The "Django Unchained" actor tried to end the dating rumors when he was interviewed by TMZ. "Oh come on you guys have been trying to make that stick for three years, we're just friends," he said.
"As a matter of fact Anthony Zuiker, creator of CSI, he offered us an animation project and we're working on that," Foxx explained. In a separate interview with ET! Online, Jamie Foxx tried to explain his PDA photo with Katie Holmes that leaked online. "I guess some knuckle head person who was here hit us with the phone cam," he told Nancy O'Dell. "I guess they are trying to get money for whatever. It's amazing what people will do to sell you out."
