Gap Inc. announced Thursday that it's rolling out an online store in Japan where consumers can now shop for all Gap and Banana Republic products.
The sites offer Gap, GapKids, babyGap and Banana Republic products.
"We want to give our customers the ability to shop how, when and where they want." "We're excited to continue Gap Inc.'s global online expansion and extend our exceptional online experience to our customers in Japan," said Robert Frank, Managing Director for Japan, in a statement.
"The launch of this e-commerce site reaffirms our commitment to provide our signature American style to people in the most convenient ways possible."
Gap Inc. also offers e-commerce sites for China, Europe and Canada. In addition, customers can purchase products from our US e-commerce sites and have it shipped internationally to about 90 countries.
