The split up of Ariana Grande and Big Sean left many people wondering what the real reason was behind breakup.
The two were last seen together at the Grammy Awards in February and they looked really in love during that time. After a month, they shocked the whole world when they decided to call it quits.
According to Youth Health, the 27-year-old rapper told his pals that he ditched his ex-girlfriend because she was selfish and immature. However, TMZ reported that it was the 21-year-old pop star that dumped her boyfriend because of his latest song "Stay Down" which talked nasty about her in the lyrics. "Ariana felt humiliated because Sean was treating her like a piece of meat," an insider revealed.
Another angle to the Ariana Grande and Big Sean breakup was Justin Bieber's flirty moves on the "Bang Bang" hitmaker during her Honeymoon Tour concert. The Canadian singer was caught touching the former Nickelodeon star inappropriately which allegedly forced the rapper to threaten him via Twitter. However, Big Sean's rep said that he wasn't the one who wrote that message on social media.
Apart from Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande's rumored affair, the songstress was not able to attend Big Sean's show in West Hollywood. All of his celebrity friends including Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Justin Bieber were present at the House of Blues, but his girlfriend Ari was nowhere to be found.
Because of that, the "Blessings" hitmaker decided to call it quits, but he didn't expect her girlfriend to take it calmly.
"Sean was expecting Ariana to put up a huge fuss and beg him to stay, but she did the opposite," a source told Hollywood Life. "He most likely would have stayed with her if she made an effort."
Breaking up with Ariana Grande must be one of the biggest mistakes that Big Sean did in his life.
"Sean is taking it hard. He feels like he failed with another high profile relationship," their insider said. "He has been emotional about it. It sucks because he was in love with her, but to him, her bulls- got in the way of their good times, so he's really taken things hard."
