Mom Corps Inc., a national flexible staffing firm with franchise offices across the country, was named one of Atlanta's 2012 Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Through reader nomination, 650 companies and organizations were submitted this year. More than 27,000 employees from the nominated companies completed a survey distributed by Quantum Workplace in July and August and survey results were analyzed based on employees' voices and the data collected. Mom Corps, under the leadership of founder and CEO Allison O'Kelly, received seventh place in the Small Business category.
"Mom Corps is especially proud to be a recipient of this award because it aligns with our purpose and reason for being," shares O'Kelly. "We are honored that our employees feels the sense of pride they do in being part of our organization. A company's greatest resource is its human capital and we are thankful to be serving them and providing an environment they appreciate, and most importantly, feel they can thrive in."
The Best Places to Work survey is conducted and published annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a means to recognize the companies focused on creating a positive, effective work environment for their employees. Atlanta's 2012 Best Places to Work recipients were recognized at a banquet at the Georgia Aquarium on September 14th .
