One of the highlights of Coachella was Madonna's surprise kiss on Drake.
The 56-year-old singer shocked everyone including the 28-year-old musician when she suddenly started making out with him.
According to E! Online, the Canadian rapper introduced the Queen of Pop by singing his latest track called "Madonna" from his album "If You're Reading This It's Too Late."
The diva started to come out wearing a black tee with the words "Big as Madonna" written on it. That line was from Drizzy's song. She performed two of her most popular songs, "Hung Up" and "Human Nature." While Rihanna's ex-boyfriend was sitting on a chair, Madonna approached him and started making out with him.
Drake got carried away and tried to play with Madonna's hair, but she suddenly pushed his hand away and exclaimed, "I'm Madonna, bitch!" before leaving the stage.
The "Recognize" hitmaker, on the other hand, was caught wiping his mouth after the kiss.
"Oh, s--t! What the f--k just happened?" he asked the crowd.
There were rumors that Drake was grossed out by Madonna's kiss, but sources close to the rapper claim that isn't true. TMZ reported that his reaction was as all about lipstick aftertaste.
Sources revealed that he enjoyed the smooch and the original plan was for the pop icon to dance around him, but he got more than what he expected.
A month before Coachella, the "Living For Love" hitmaker confessed that she's into the Toronto-born musician.
"The lifelong ambition I still want to fulfill is to go on a dream date with Drake - and only kiss him," Madonna told Us Weekly.
She definitely did something to make her fantasy come true and the whole world was there to witness it including Drake's ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who was spotted dancing along to his music.
Madonna admitted during an interview with New York Daily News that she prefers younger men and Drake suits the category.
"Most men my age are married with children. They're not datable," she said. "I'm a very adventurous person and I also have a crazy life." The award-winning musician was married twice and has four children - and she now seeks for some excitement in her life. "People who are older, and more set in their ways, are probably not as adventurous as someone younger."
