Just when many thought that both singers have finally moved on to their new relationship, fans were shocked to find out that the "Loyal" hitmaker cheated on his model girlfriend with the "Diamonds" hitmaker.
Karrueche admitted during an interview that she knew there was something going on between Chris and Rihanna, but she was in denial.
"I knew. I didn't want to believe it, I loved him," she said as reported by Hollywood Life. "I was under the impression that it was a friend-type of... not a friend, but it wasn't what it became to be."
The Bajan beauty, on the other hand, broke up with Drake early last year so she didn't technically cheat on the Canadian rapper when she was spotted watching a basketball game with Breezy last Christmas.
In fact, the two seemed to have put their past behind as they were spotted hanging out in New York last month as reported by Mail Online.
Riri was again seen watching Drizzy perform at Coachella a few days ago. She wasn't even affected by Madonna's kiss on the 28-year-old singer. Instead, the 27-year-old diva danced the night away to his hits.
Apart from Rihanna and Drake, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran were also reportedly seen at the music festival.
The on-again off-again couple was seen at Nylon's Midnight Party but they didn't talk to each other. The 26-year-old model hung out and danced the night away with her BFF Christina Milian.
"Karrueche tried to show him what he's missing," a source told Daily Mail. "She wasn't letting Chris ruin her night."
The bad boy of R&B, on the other hand, was spotted hanging out with Justin Bieber and Azealia Banks, who both performed that night. It looks like there won't be any reconciliation happening between Chris and Karrueche. She even publicly announced, "There's no making up right now. I'm saying no."
Despite the awkward encounter of Chris Brown, Karrueche Tran, Rihanna, and Drake at Coachella, they all seemed to have enjoyed the music festival with their friends.
