Togo's announced that they will be opening their newest location at Tracy, Calif., this week.
Togo's Eateries, which specializes in fresh sandwiches since 1971, will have its newest store located at 1987 W. 11th St, said a press release issued by Togo's Eateries, Inc. on Wednesday, and owned by Tracy local Byron Bogaard.
This would be the second Togo's chain owned by Bogaard in California - he already has a store in the town of Stockton. A grand opening event will take place on Saturday, August 25, that will include prizes, music, and a performance from a local high school cheerleader squad.
"I'm so excited for my second Togo's opening and confident our guests in Tracy will love our seriously stacked sandwiches as much as I do," Bogaard said for the press release. "Togo's fresh, superior-quality products, along with the company's philosophy of giving back to the communities it serves, are what make me proud to continue to partner with the brand."
The new Togo's store will open on Wednesday, July 11 with a new prototype of the store's layout, with a deli-inspired one-on-one style experience for customers, said the press release, as well as reach-in glass refrigerators, see-through counters and a colorful new décor for the 1230 sq. ft. store on the west coast.
Menu items for Togo's are made with California avocados that are mashed down on a daily basis, a variety of meats for sandwiches, and Artisan breads, listed the press release. The new Tracy chain will have the hot #9 Pastrami sandwich and #24 Turkey and Avocado advertised as highlights of the shop, noted the press release, as well as soups, salads, and an assortment of wraps.
The Tracy location will be open Monday - Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
