Krispy Kreme will once again celebrate Day of the Dozens on Dec. 12, Friday.
Limited for a whole day, purchasing a dozen of its signature Original Glazed Doughnuts entails customers a free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts at participating Krispy Kreme locations in the U.S. and Canada.
Fans can visit the website specially created for the event, DayOfTheDozens.com, to download the voucher they must present when availing the free dozen doughnuts. Only coupon per transaction is allowed.
Krispy Kreme's Chief Marketing and Innovation Office, Dwayne Chambers, said, “Krispy Kreme’s one-of-a-kind treats have been the source of smiles and the center of special occasions with family and friends for 77 years.”
The doughnut retailer posted on DayOfTheDozens.com different ways for the customers to enjoy their dozen doughnuts with the video entitle “12 Ways to Eat a Doughnut.” For 12 days, the website will upload a video demonstrating doughnut-eating tricks with witty names such as 'The Pendulum,' 'The Hula Hoop,' and 'The Fine Diner.'

“We are thrilled to help our fans celebrate this unique day with a special deal on a double dozen of our great tasting, melt in your mouth signature treats,” said Chambers.
The offer will not be available in Krispy Kreme locations in groceries and convenience stores. The free dozen can't be combined with other promos.
Krispy Kreme already launched their line of holiday-inspired treats, including Snowman Doughnut, Holiday Sprinkles, Red Velvet Cake Doughnut, Wreath Doughnut, and hot or iced Peppermint Mocha. These treats are available in participating U.S. and Canada locations until December 28, 2014.
The Christmas ornament Krispy Kreme Hot Light and wall calender, with almost $110-worth of coupons, are also available in participating locations.
