Wetzel’s Pretzels Launches In-Store Animated Films to Tell the Story of the Company

Wetzel's Pretzels invites guess to enter the world of Wetzel's with the launch of in-store animated films featuring the history of Wetzel's Pretzels which will premiere at Wetzel's Downtown Disney District location at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif.

The films will be shown at different Wetzel's Pretzels locations all over the country. And will play in rotation every few minutes throughout the day.

The films well tell the story of one of Wetzel's animated baker boys and his wonderful delectable creations including Wetzel Bitz, Wetzel Dogs, Sinful Cinnamon Pretzels, Pepperoni Twist Pretzels and Fresh Lemonade.

Years ago, Wetzel's went from text-heavy menu boards to simplified menu boards, replacing them with singular bold product images. With the introduction of this platform, the company takes guest engagement to another level.

"These animated films enable Wetzel's Pretzels to engage guests in an entertaining and brand-consistent way, and they've been met with great applause" said Bill Phelps, CEO and co-founder of Wetzel's Pretzels.

As the popularity of the brand increased through word of mouth and by the customers excellent experience, now, 20 years later, Wetzel's Pretzels has developed a huge following and attracted hundreds of customers to their mouth-watering hand-rolled soft pretzels abked fresh and served hot from the oven.

The company now boasts of more than 275 fresh bakeries across the United States and in different countries all over the world, including locations in Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

Wetzel's Pretzels uses only the freshest ingredients and dough to ensure the quality of their golden on the outside pretzels baked in-store daily and served to a pretzel craving customer.
