National Property Inspections, Inc. awarded 39 franchise owners in four categories in the annual conference, United States and Global Property Inspections, in Canada.
The banquet was held during 2014 NPI/GPI Annual Conference in downtown Omaha, Nebraska last Nov. 14 and 16. Franchisees across the US and Canada gathered along with their spouses and employees to attend the conference.
Awards given were based on the following criteria: Reported earnings and percentage of growth from the previous year, size and location of franchise market and length of time the franchise has been in operation.
National Property Inspections, Inc President Roland Bates said, "These awards are our way of recognizing our top performers in various markets."
Steve Anderson, Goodyear, Arizona; John Braddock, Castle Rock, Colorado; Mark Crowley, Bettendorf, Iowa; Brett Freebody, Westbury, New York; Andy Hasler, Camarillo, California; Steve Mangekian, Merrimack, New Hampshire; Bob McDonough, Atlanta, Georgia; Charlie Panellino, Smithtown, New York; and David Riley, Savannah, Georgia are the franchise owners who received the Platinum awards from NPI and GPI.
The organization also gave away the NPI/GPI President's Club Award and the Pinnacle Award. Rising Star Awards are given to franchise owners Ed Fillpot, Round Rock, Texas, and Brian Nygaard, Sartell, Minnesota, as they show outstanding performance for their first year of business.
The National Property Inspections, Inc., extended congratulations to all of who received the awards. Bates said, "These franchise owners have worked extremely hard to become our top performers."
Bates said that the organization appreciates the contribution of the franchise owners to the restaurant business. According to him, the awarding gives a special flavor to their annual conference.
