Musician Carlos Santana will be immortalized when many of his albums will be featured on Casa Noble's Crystal and Reposado Collector boxes of tequila.
The Casa Noble Santana Crystal and Reposado Collector Boxes, which will go on sale this summer, will be in collaboration with the legendary singer, who joined the tequila brand in 2011 as part-owner and creative consultant, said a press release issued by Casa Noble on Thursday. Four of Santana's famous albums, Santana (1969), Abraxas (1970), Santana III (1971), and Caravanserai (1972) will be displayed along with the Casa Noble tequila in four collectible boxes and glasses sets.
"History and tradition are very important to us at Casa Noble. We have created just a few unique pieces to honor and respect the memory, the quality and the passion that both Casa Noble and Carlos Santana represent, and we are honored to embark on this promotion together," Casa Noble CEO Jose Hermosillo, stated for the press release.
Each of the four gift boxes available with Santana's music will contain two beautiful tulip-shaped glasses with artwork from one of the albums, and a bottle of either Casa Noble's Crystal or Reposado tequila alcoholic drinks, listed the press release. Four collectible glasses will be available through the box sets, including two in the Crystal gift set, and two in the Reposado sets. In order to have the full set, both bottles would have to be purchased by fans of Santana and the tequila drinks.
Santana's involvement in Casa Noble tequila extends to being involved in the continued development of the label, said the press release, whose drinks were chosen as one of the world's best-tasting tequilas in the December 2011 issue of BusinessWeek magazine.
The Casa Noble brand of tequilas are made with subtle flavors and scents of vanilla, flowers, nuts and chocolate, listed the press release, since it began producing the drinks over 200 years ago by the Casa Noble family. The tequilas are exported to over 23 countries around the world, and is available at stores, restaurants, bars, lounges, and hotels in the United States, said the press release.
