The company's new products include Salted Caramel Nut Bar, Dark Chocolate Dream Bar, Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake, Strawberry Yogurt Bar, Cookies and Cream Shake, Pina Colada Smoothie and Strawberrry Banana Smoothie.
All products are part of Medifast's new sub-brands: Optimal Health by Take Shape for Life, the company's direct selling division and Thrive by Medifast, and are nutritionally adequate for weight maintenance as it contains no artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors.
Medifast's The Healthy Living Program, which will be appropriately catered to each Medifast sales channel consists of the new easy-to-follow 3-2-1 PlanTM and a robust transition program to bridge the gap between weight-loss and weight maintenance.

Take Shape for Life is the direct selling division of Medifast where clients can avail the services of a health coach and a mentor to guide them throughout the process of weight management, be it weight gain or weight loss.
