IZZE Celebrates 10th Anniversary With Return of Sparkling Lemon Drink

| By

To mark the 10th anniversary of its inception, IZZE beverages announced that it will be bringing about its Sparkling Lemon lemonade drinks for sale exclusively at Whole Foods starting this May for a limited time.

"IZZE was founded on the belief that pure, simple ingredients provide the ultimate refreshment and ten years later we continue to stay true to that mission," Joe Culella, director of marketing, IZZE Sparkling Juice, stated in a press release from IZZE Beverage Company on Thursday. "Lemon was one of the original flavors when IZZE first came to market in 2002, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our ten years than to bring back a flavor our community loves."

The IZZE Sparkling Lemon drink, as noted in the press release, is made of lemon flavor with sparkling water, and without any added sugars or artificial flavors. The return of the lemon drink coincided well with a new study from the United States Bell & Fragrances company, who found that the number one beverage flavor predicted in the top ten flavors for the food and beverage industry for 2012 would be lemonade, as stated in the press release.

While the IZZE Sparkling Lemon drink will only be available at Whole Foods stores across the country, other flavors of the brand can be bought at retailers like SuperTarget, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Vons, Safeway, and general grocery stores, supermarkets, delis, and restaurants in the U.S.

"Fruit juice brought to life with a splash of sparkling water, IZZE is a mouthwatering alternative to soda - free of caffeine, refined sugars and artificial flavors," quoted the IZZE Beverage Company press release. "Low-calorie IZZE esque, with only 50 calories per bottle, is the ideal guilt-free refreshment. For those looking to add a little more sparkle to their day, IZZE Fortified provides an extra boost of vitamins to keep you going. Whether you serve it over ice or mixed in cocktails, IZZE's delicious flavors offer a refreshing alternative to the expected. "
