Logan's Roadhouse names Mickey Mills as its new chief operating officer.
Mills was the previous president of O'Charley's restaurants. She will fill the newly created position at the Nashville, Tenn.-based steakhouse operator.
Mills has more than 20 years of experience when it comes to building nationally recognized brands. She helped develop the Buca di Beppo concept and steered its growth for over 17 years. She had a career with the inventive restaurant chain before she joined O'Charley's.
CEO of Logan's Roadhouse, Sam Borgese, said, "I am delighted to welcome Mickey to the Logan's Roadhouse leadership team."
"Her seasoned leadership and energy will be a real catalyst as we move forward. We know that Mickey will make significant contributions that will benefit our team and our guests as well," said Borgese.
Mills is the second new executive in just a month. In October, Sam Borgese, former CEO of Max Brenner International, was named as chief executive. Previous chief executive of Logan's Mike Andres left to become president of McDonald's USA.
At the age of 15 and a native of Minnesota, Mills started working in a local restaurant. She was awarded a full scholarship at the age of 17 and later earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
