How To Get Away With Murder Spoiler Update: Fans Must Worry About Wes Gibbins Says Katie Findlay Who Also Has Some Warning For Winter Finale

| By

How to Get Away with Murder blown away viewers again with last night's episode through flashbacks featuring Lila, the girl who was found dead in a facility inside the university where Annalise Keating (Viola Davies) is teaching. Among the person of interest over Lila's death are Keating's husband Sam (played by Tom Verica), Griffin O'Reilly, Lila's boyfriend, and Rebecca Sutter (played by Katie Findlay), the victim's friend. While fans are still left puzzled on who must go to prison for Lila's death, Katie Findlay says there's one more character they need to be worried about, Alfred Enoch's Wes Gibbins.

Rebecca and Wes are unofficial couples in How to Get Away with Murder. They have been secretly working to uncover the truth about the murder of Lila while also covering each other for the murder of Sam whose killer's identity remains unknown. Rebecca has a strong personality while Wes, although always calm, has the tendency to give up his ideas and what he stands for. For that, Wes Gibbins might find himself in an unfavorable situation.

"Yes, in general, people should be a little bit worried about Wes because the boy's messed up. Everyone reacts to crises very differently. The way that I react to crisis in real life is like Michaela (played by Aja Naomi King0 - so that's not good," Findlay said when asked if fans should be worried about Wes Gibbins during an interview with TV Line.

"But we actually had a talk with our beautiful, life-giving creator, Pete Nowalk, about the tone of Wes and Rebecca during this crisis, and he made a good point. He said, "They should be the calm in the storm, because they are both really the outsiders of the group, and they are the people who have really seen bad stuff go down before in their lives." And Wes is truly, I think, a much darker character than Rebecca. Rebecca just wears it on the outside more."

This interview took place before they aired their eight episode, so it is fair that she refused to speak about any unnecessary How to Get Away with Murder spoilers. However, she has some warning to the fans for the show's winter finale.

According to her, with the upcoming winter finale of How to Get Away with Murder already set, it would not matter if you guessed right who Sam's killer is.

"The situation is really entertaining and intense and interesting, but I think, regardless of whether or not you wind up being right about who the killer is, the episode itself is really shocking and unsettling, and we had a great time shooting it."
