Old Chicago & Pizza Taproom, leading casual dining restaurant with wide selection of craft beers, teams up with Boulevard and Odell Brewing Companies, two of America's Finest Craft Breweries to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
The "Silver Anniversary Ale," which will be made available at select Old Chicago branches in Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri and Colorado will be added to Old Chicago's "Explorer Series."
It features "golden-copper ale is characterized by its ample body of caramel-toffee malt balanced by piney hop notes."
"We are delighted with the relationships we've built with both Boulevard and Odell over the last several years," said Jason Murphy, Old Chicago's brand manager.
"To be a part of this milestone celebration is a tremendous honor for us. We're eager to have our guests enjoy the collaboration Silver Anniversary Ale as well as the other selections we'll be offering during this Explorer Series."
Aside from the Silver Anniversary Ale, the breweries will also feature other craft beers from the Explorer Series, including Odel 90 Shilling, which is a smooth medium-bodied amber ale; Odell Gramps Oatmeal Stout, smooth and creamy beverage with hints of chocolate, cream and coffee; Boulevard Pale Ale, a smooth, fruity well-balanced beer with hints of caramel malt that five it its amber color and rich flavour; Boulevard Harvest Dace (Special Anniversary Tapping), a combination of big, warm tropical fruit flavors with subtle wine-like notes, rounding slowly to a long dry, oaky finish.
Wine and beer enthusiasts alike will enjoy the limited-edition selection of Boulevard and Odell brews for only $2.
Old Chicago started out in 1976 and has been serving handcrafter dishes and local craft beers in 96 restaurants spanning 22 states since then.
The restaurant has more than 30 craft beerd on tap, and is the go-to place for the World Beer Tour joining together 100 of the best craft beers around the world.
