Dunkin' Donuts announced their plan in developing seven new locations in Louisville, Kentucky.
The expansion of seven new restaurants is under the signed agreement of a multi-unit store development with Dunkin' Donuts current franchisees, GADI, and GADI. The first two restaurants of the group are planned to open in 2016.
Management and supervision of the daily operations for each new restaurant that are planning to be developed will be led by the franchise group that presently operates Dunkin' Donuts locations in Upstate New York. The group is led by Manish Patel and his partners Nilam Patel, Tarak Patel, and Shashin Patel.
Dunkin' Donuts franchisee, Manish Patel stated, "We are excited to expand the brand's presence in Kentucky and play an important role in the daily lives of people who live, work and visit here."
According to Patel, they are looking forward in opening more restaurants in the years to come because they have the loyalty and passion for the brand.
The restaurant has more than 15 Dunkin' Donuts stores located all over Kentucky and they are still recruiting franchisees in Pikesville and Lexington cities.
Dunkin' Donuts is making an effort in keeping their brand fresh and competitive in the industry. They are providing flexible concepts that can adjust to any real estate format. These include in-line sites, end caps, free-standing restaurants, travel plazas, gas and convenience, universities, and even other retail environments.
